Are you a chain?
No. At present time our only location is 1316 Ashland Rd. Mansfield, Ohio Mom's was built in 1984 and is the brainchild of Charles Robert Fordyce and his wife Barb. Bob's vision was to have a fast food restaurant that served "home cooked" fast food. The Reed's Steve and Lynn brought the restaurant in 1989 and still strive for that "home cooked "quality you don't find in other" fast food place. Fresh, Fast, Food is our motto.

What is it about those burgers?
The beef we use for our burgers is delivered fresh daily from a local meat market. It is never frozen. We have our special way of grilling them too. We believe this is what makes Mom's burgers the excellent burgers they are.

What is a Coney?
Mom's makes their Coney sauce from scratch from our secret recipe. Ladle it over an steamed hot wiener, sprinkle on some fresh chopped onions, all in a steamed bun and you've got the best Coney around. Use one of the coupons from our printable coupon page and we'll be hooked!

What else do you "make"?
Our soup, chili and chocolate chip cookies are all made fresh daily from the "Mom's secret recipe file".

I really try not to do the "Fast Food thing" I'm always on a diet!
Mom's has lots of health choices. We fresh prep 5 different salads daily. We use only the freshest heads of lettuce for this task. We NEVER use pre-prepped lettuce in our salads, because of the process used to make that product. We feel that only fresh heads of lettuce are the best for our customers. Yes it takes more time and labor to bring you this quality, but at Mom's we wouldn't serve you something we wouldn't serve our own families. We serve a 4oz skinless, boneless chicken breast in either a sandwich with lettuce and tomato or in our Grilled Chicken dinner. Health and low in fat. Our baked potatoes are the finest Idaho bakers. Try one with fresh steamed broccoli for a low fat healthy choice. You will find 2 vegetable choices for our 4 different dinners. These can also be purchased as separate sides and are available all day the same as our dinners.

What's for dessert?
Mom's cookie jar is always full of fresh baked (of course special recipe) chocolate chip cookies. We have 3 sizes of frosted malts that are so thick you have to eat them with a spoon. Believe that only the best is good enough for our guest, so we have found an Amish baker for the wonderful Amish pies. We order a wide variety of pies, anything from peanut butter cream to grape or rhubarb. Stop in to see what this weeks choices are.

My kids always want to go to the places with the toy give away!
We have 5 dinner kid meals at Mom's. We are dedicated to keeping our kid meals low cost and high quality. You can always request milk with any kid meal at no extra cost. "Our" kids love to come back to Mom's for the cookie and sucker that come w/ every meal.
